In this role, you'll coordinate daily activities, assist with guest support, and handle administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations across our properties.
As a Back Office Operator your areas of responsibility will be: Support Local Operational Teams: Provide administrative and coordination support to the on-ground operational staff. Daily Scheduling and Organization: Organize and manage the daily schedules of local operations teams to ensure efficient workflow. Central Team Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between the local operations teams and the central management team (in Italy and Bulgaria). As side activities, when needed:
Guest Support: Provide assistance to guests requests, ensuring a smooth and positive experience during their stay. Administrative Duties: Handle simple administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and documentation, ensuring accuracy. Working Hours and office: The candidate will work over 5 shifts a week, weekends included. Working hours are from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Our office is located in Isola neighborhood, 500 meters away from MM3 Maciachini or 800 meters away from MM3/4 Zara. What you will need to be successful in the role: Proven experience in an administrative, back-office, or support role. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Good English Proficiency (B1 level) and Italian knowledge (B2-C1). Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Comfortable with basic computer software (e.g., MS Office, email, etc.). Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
