Back Office Intern

ResponsibilitiesMain Activities And Responsibilities Dolce & Gabbana, leader in the world of luxury fashion, has an exceptional career opportunity available for a Back Office intern based in Milan. The successful candidate, reporting to the Back Office Coordinator, will support in the following activities:
Support on collecting and monitoring costs regarding marketing & communication activities and projects.Support on the creation of detailed reports in accordance with the supervisor's guidelines.Provide support on analysis activities using the company adopted tools.Help in collecting and allocating the costs for single activities on precise budget reports; reviewing cost recordings and collecting expense receipts.Interact with internal department of the Global Marketing & Communication function and finance department and third parties whenever possible, under the Back Office Coordinator's guidance.Play other activities whenever required.RequirementsKey Requirements & Competencies Degree in Economics; Management; Business Administration or related field.Fluency in English and Italian language.Proficiency in the use of Excel.Detailed oriented, good team player.Location: Italy, Milan
