Purpose of Position: We are looking for a Sales Support focused on Dry Fruits products our company belonging to IRCA Group, rapidly expanding and operates in Sicily, in the province of Catania.
Tre role includes managing and supervising contact with customers mainly in the ITA area, responding promptly and efficiently to requests and carrying out an intermediation activity between the customer and the various company functions.
In particular: production, logistics, R&D and Quality.
Specifically, the resource, after an initial training period, will take care of managing customers, operating in the post-sales phase, dealing with order management, customer advice and constant verification of customer satisfaction.
Activities / responsibilities: Back-office activities Collaborate with the Operations department for the production commissioning activity in relation to orders.
Coordinate the shipping activities of the goods by managing customer requests in relation to the availability of the product and the shipping activity by the internal and external warehouse.
Manage the customer information service for order details.
Monitor the progress of orders.
Coordinate the contact between the customer and the Quality office to manage any complaints.
Handling incoming calls to assist clients and receive orders from customers and enter them into the system.
Keep relations with customers Requisitions: Education: High school Degree/Degree in Food Science and Technology or Economics Professional Skills: Excellent communication skills Experience: Experience in customer facing roles is preferred Language Skills: Proficiency in English is mandatory Computer Skills: Required Behavioural Requirements: Desire for growth Highly organized and High attention to details Ability to understand customer needs Propensity for problem solving High energy and positive attitude Proactive Strong aptitude for communication and interpersonal relationships Openness to change and continuous learning.
