For one of our main customer we are looking for Back Office Specialist which will be responsible for supporting the sales team in daily administrative activities, managing communications between clients, the sales department, and other internal teams. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient management of orders, updating commercial data, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Processing orders into the company's management system.
- Monitoring order status and coordinating with production and logistics departments to ensure timely delivery.
- Communicating with customers to provide order updates, address inquiries, and resolve any issues.
- Assisting in the preparation of commercial offers, quotes, and contracts.
- Updating and managing the customer database and maintaining commercial documentation.
- Collaborating with the sales team to prepare reports and analyze sales performance.
- Handling administrative tasks related to sales, such as pricelist monitoring and payment verification.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or degree in economics, business administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the industrial manufacturing sector (Automotive industry is preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Knowledge of ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
- Good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
