Only a great environment for you to achieve your best workYour mission Be the first line of contact for the private landlords in your market. You will be responsible to proactively contact landlords to onboard them in Spotahome platform, to work with them to keep them engaged, to help them optimize the conditions of their properties to maximize the value they obtain from the Spotahome platform.
You will be responsible for optimising your partners portfolio and maximising listings and availability of property supply. You will be responsible to reactively solve landlords questions, changes modifications and provide them advice to improve their performance in our platform.
You will track, analyze and report the performance of your portfolio managed. Handle all of the matters regarding your Landlords such as listings, availabilities, payments, bookings and different issues, within an appropriate time frame.
You will work and develop strong relationships with local teams and central operations.
Your profile 1-3 years of professional experience in B2C sales, account management or customer successExcellent language skills in English and Italian required (other languages a plus)You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or a degree in business administrationAbility to deal with multiple requests at the same time and execute fastPassion for sales, perseverance and fun in winning B2C customersCity and real estate market knowledge will be a plus as you will need to offer valuable insights and be perceived as a local advisor who truly impacts the landlord experienceIncredibly empathetic and understanding of your private landlords. You will be a powerful advocate for Spotahome's partnersAn entrepreneurial mindset, superior verbal and communication skills, and the ability to articulate value propositions to key stakeholdersAn infectiously positive attitude and drive to win, hustle and determinationEnjoy solution-oriented selling as well as a high degree of initiative, service orientationPrevious experience in the real estate industry is a plus.About us Spotahome is an international online marketplace which offers verified rental accommodation across 100 European cities in 27 countries and with a global ambition.
