IGT, global leader in lottery segment is looking for a** **B2B Sales Excellence Junior Specialist **for an internship in the Sales department.
The internship will take place in hybrid mode (50% of the time in office 50% of the time remotely)
The location is **Rome**
**Main Activities**:
- Increase synergy between internal teams and Sales Force in the territory, analysis of deviations toward expected target by defining customized strategies ad hoc for each Point of Sales/Agent in order to ensure the achievement of assigned targets, use of all available KPIs
- Cross-sectional design of analysis models and alerting systems directed to Sales Force
- Monthly reporting system to management
- Cross-sectional monitoring of Sales Excellence activities
- Process analysis and process efficiency
- Data analysis, performance and activity KPI monitoring
- Techniques for organizing, monitoring and supporting sales activities
- Organization of intervention priorities and definition of a functional model to optimize sales activities
- Organization and automation of reporting
- Accuracy of reports produced in terms of clarity of content
**Requirements**:
Master Degree in Economics/Marketing
Fluent in English
Advanced Windows
Any other tool fo analysis will be a plus
