We're looking for a Specialist who can blend a passion for data-driven insights with the ability to build strong client relationships. While the role has a focus on data analysis, it's equally about supporting the sales process and guiding clients through their journey. You'll be turning data into actionable strategies that enhance our sales efforts and deepen client interactions.
In addition to the data analysis, this position involves Sales Account Management responsibilities, where you'll follow the entire client journey, collaborating with a network of international hotels, venues, and experience providers to craft custom, nature-based retreat packages.
Who We're Looking For: Location: We're looking for someone based in the Turin area or within an easy commute. Candidates from nearby locations, such as Milan, who can meet this commute requirement are also welcome. 2 days per week (Tuesdays and Thursdays) the team is in the office in Turin centre, 3 days smart working. Experience: The ideal candidate has a track record of successfully analyzing data to inform business decisions, and supporting sales teams through technology and insights. 2+ years background in data analysis/CRM management and experience in B2B Sales. Tourism, hospitality, travel or event production industries expertise would be a plus. Sales Support: Collaborating with sales teams to ensure they have the tools, data, and insights needed to close deals and maintain client relationships. Data Analysis: Analyzing data from various sources, including CRM, sales, and customer feedback, to generate actionable insights that inform strategy and improve client engagement. Provide data to the Marketing Team and collaborate with other departments when needed. Ex: a past role as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with advanced CRM systems, data analysis tools, and productivity platforms. Here are some practical examples of what this might look like: You're skilled in data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, or more advanced platforms like Tableau, Power BI, or SQL, to generate reports and insights. You've worked with task management and collaboration tools like Asana, Trello, or Monday to support team efficiency and project tracking. You're open to using AI-powered tools like ChatGPT for data querying, automation, or enhancing client communication. Language Skills: Excellent command of English (written and spoken) is required. Key Responsibilities: Data Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis of sales and client data to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and inform strategic decisions. Sales Support: Provide the sales team with the insights, tools, and data they need to craft tailored retreat packages, close deals, and maintain strong client relationships. Package Creation: Actively participate in the creation of retreat packages by sourcing and integrating services, venues, and experiences that elevate the overall retreat experience (ex: tour operators, coaches, trainers, yoga instructors, etc.) Deal Closing: Lead clients through the final stages of the sales process, negotiating and closing deals to ensure the successful sale of retreat packages. Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities to streamline CRM and sales processes, enhancing overall efficiency and effectiveness. Client Relationship Management: Nurture client relationships, ensuring ongoing engagement even during periods with fewer active deals, by leveraging CRM tools and data insights. Innovation and Best Practices: Stay updated on the latest CRM and data analysis trends, tools, and best practices, continuously seeking ways to innovate and improve our systems and strategies.
