As a B2B Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for building up Mondly's B2B digital marketing strategy and the B2B marketing team.
MondlyWORKS, Mondly's B2B product, is currently used by multinational organizations ranging from Delta Airlines to Canon Medical Systems and The Israeli Ministry of Education.
The B2B Marketing Manager will report directly to the B2B Development Director and be responsible for the development and management of broad-based B2B marketing programs, implementation and results.
This is a hands-on position that requires a blend of strategy, technical, creative and analytic expertise.
**Key Accountabilities**:
- Develop and execute the company's B2B marketing strategy and programs (internal/external branding, lead generation, advertising, events, digital marketing) in order to support the company's business objectives
- Research, set-up and test lead generation channels and strategies to select the best options for scaling
- Collaborate with the B2B Development Director and the design, B2C marketing, and development teams in driving new B2B marketing activities
- Identify and target relevant businesses and organizations from various industries in order to drive sales leads
- Provide short and long term market forecasts, reports, and trends to assist business development in the acquisition of B2B clients
- Lead and ensure the consistency in the messaging, branding, content, and look-and-feel of all internal and external communications and marketing materials—coordinate with content, creative, sales and broader organization
- Perform industry and competitive analysis to inform the sales process and help positioning and messaging
- Perform ongoing tracking and reporting on B2B marketing initiatives
- Develop a B2B marketing team structure and contribute to recruiting the best talent for the team
- Build a winning marketing team that unites and grows our B2B clients portfolio
**About you**
**Qualifications & Skills**
- Demonstrable experience in B2B SaaS Marketing with a focus on lead generation
- Proven track record in delivering marketing campaigns that drive sales growth
- Understanding of A/B and multivariate testing, user segmentation, and reporting processes
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, engaging successfully with many different stakeholders and senior leadership
- Self-driven and passion for marketing
- Robust decision making - based on evidence and data
- Passion for education and learning
- Possesses a global outlook and approach
- Operates as a self-aware, effective team player
- Experience of working and thriving in a global matrix organization is a plus
- English language is a must, foreign languages a plus
