**What we're looking for**:
**What you'll do**:
- Drive the top of funnel from triage to initial customer engagement
- Maintain customer relationship management (CRM) tool with notes on prospect and customer interactions and report on sales activity
- Design and implement customer acquisition strategies
- Receive and promptly respond to prospect queries that come in through various channels including but not limited to the website through our CRMs
- Document Customer Issues and get them resolutions, involving peers when needed
- Identify high value improvements to our services and communicate those to the rest of the company
- Host routine webinars demonstrating our products to prospects, lead pre and post communications with prospects
- Provide feedback to leadership on market trends, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers by extending company offerings
- Maintain active customer activity in our CRM

- Computer & Digital literacy
- Organization skills - Detailed, organized and efficient, including making sure key systems are up to date.

- Willingness to learn a new domain - Our customers are tech companies in need for specific software developer talent and there is some jargon you need to learn in order to understand their requests and needs

**Nice-to-haves**:
- Previous experience in a B2B Sales Environment or related
