As a Senior Azure Cloud Engineer, you will take a leading role in implementing and managing cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure. Your deep understanding of Azure and related technologies will enable you to optimize cloud solutions and drive impactful digital transformation projects for our clients. Responsibilities
Architecture and Implementation: Take part in the design phase and deploy scalable, secure, and reliable cloud solutions using Microsoft Azure (Network, VPN, Load Balancing, Compute, Workload, Storage, Monitoring, Certificates Management, etc.).
Optimization and Best Practices: Ensure best practices and optimization measures are in place for cloud environments (Performance, Costs, Availability, Fault Tolerance, Well Architected Framework, etc.).
Security Management: Ensure robust security practices are in place for cloud environments (RBAC, NSGs, Firewall, WAF, Sentinel, Defender for Cloud, Azure Policies, Encryption, etc.).
Automation: Implement and manage automation processes (IaaC, Terraform, Powershell, Python, KQL, Web APIs, Scripting, etc.).
Technical Support: Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for cloud-related issues (Networking, Security, Entra ID Access, etc.).
Collaboration: Work with various teams to integrate cloud solutions seamlessly with existing systems.
Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for cloud infrastructure and operations.

Minimum Requirements
The Cloud Managed Service Lead Consultant is responsible for overseeing the delivery of managed IT services to clients, including managing a team of service delivery professionals, acting as the primary point of contact for key clients, and ensuring the ongoing quality and efficiency of the managed services provided.
Roles and Responsibilities
Manage a team of service delivery engineers, consultants, and architects to ensure all client needs are met.
Serve as the main point of contact for high-profile clients, understand their business requirements, and tailor services accordingly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and managing client expectations.
Monitor performance of managed service offerings and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, implementation, operations) to drive continuous service enhancements.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and proactive service management.
Provide escalation support for complex technical issues or service delivery challenges.
Oversee service-level agreement (SLA) compliance and identify / resolve any issues.
Guide and mentor the technical team in managing and optimizing cloud environments. Ensure best practices and cutting-edge solutions are implemented.
Prepare periodic service reports and presentations for clients.
Support new client onboarding and managed service transitions.
Oversee multiple client projects as a delivery project manager, from initiation through to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.
