Strategic planning & coordination: Coordinates yearly strategic planning between the Strategic advisor, the Creative Academy and Academia Costume e Moda.Defines the appropriate implementation roadmap and follow up in line with the global fashion calendar.Academic: Supports yearly recruitment session and validation for the Fashion & Accessories Designers integrating the program.Coordinates the jury selection and organizes the yearly final presentation with all key people from the fashion industry involved.Actively participates with Accademia Costume & Moda to the constant improvement of the didactic program, including evaluations of the teachers and contents.Analyzes Designers' feedback with their tutor on the experience for continuous improvement.Leverages Creative Academy knowhow and content to enrich the program when relevant.Accompanies the Designers through the program and the global journey within the Richemont group.Legal & Budget: Budget: defines a process to follow up regularly with ACM and ensure a global reconciliation between all entities. Provides regular reporting to the F&A division.Legal: ensures compliance with Richemont guidelines. Coordinates the review of the contractual relationships and its extension if necessary.How will you experience success with us?
