We are looking for you as AWS Cloud Operations Tech Lead.
This position is located in Brugherio (MB).
Your Responsibilities Professional team lead of AWS support engineers.
Responsible for AWS applications assigned to the team.
Provides 2nd level proactive support.
Actively monitors and maintains internal tickets and alerts.
Analyzes and troubleshoots complex problems together with the business and other IT teams.
Analyzes, resolves and documents problems and solutions.
Tests, implements and provides ongoing support for custom applications.
Assists in resolving audit reviews and findings for existing custom applications.
Development of monitoring tools and setup of metrics, alarms, and notifications.
Supports the development and optimization of custom applications using AWS technologies and tools.
Your Profile Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Science / Information Technology or Computer Science in combination with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience OR Advanced Degree in a related field with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Minimum 3 years of real-world experience with support activities.
Experience in operating AWS applications (monitoring, logging).
Technically leading a team with a minimum of 1 year experience.
Effective communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
