Essential Job Functions:• Assist in managing business process transactions and teams, actively supporting efficiency and compliance.• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to quality standards.• Collaborate closely with managers and senior leadership.• Monitor and report on process performance and quality metrics.• Analyze data to identify areas for enhancement.• Support the development of strategic plans for process optimization.• Participate in resource allocation and budgeting processes.• Act as a bridge between senior leadership and analysts, facilitating communication.Basic Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience• Typically, 6+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2+ years in a similar role• Proven experience in business process transactions• Proficiencies in business process management and optimization• A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technologyOther Qualifications:• Advanced degree in a relevant field a plus• Relevant certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, PMP) or significant relevant work experience a plusDXC Technology (NYSE: DXC) helps global companies run their mission critical systems and operations while modernizing IT, optimizing data architectures, and ensuring security and scalability across public, private and hybrid clouds.
