As Avio Aero Site Quality System Leader you will manage, ensure and improve capabilities to comply with external standards and regulations.In this role you will demonstrate to the Organization continued alignment of MRO New Make Quality System process and procedures with respect to Industry Standards and Authorities requirements and prescriptions.
In such sense, you will interact with the rest of the Organization in Brindisi in order to assure that all aspects are aligned to the applicable conformities.
In this position you will be involved in long-term planning and contribute to the overall business strategy.Job DescriptionEssential ResponsibilitiesMaintain Quality System currencies and standards with respect of applicable rules and EASA/EMAR P145 requirementsCollaborate with Certification Office to keep alignment of Quality System standards vs EASA P21GAssure continuing currency of certified staff and operatorsManage stamps control and qualification of certified / qualified personnel in the siteDefine the site audit plan for MRO, supporting internal and external (Customers, Control Authorities and Certification Bodies) audits in the siteCollaborate with QS-Audit and Certification in definition and execution of New Make audit planSupport Internal audits activity and manage relevant finding and corrective actionsSupport standardization process between different AvioAero MRO plantsSupport the Quality Manager in the preparation of the Management Review in order to verify QMS continuous suitability, adequacy and effectivenessOptimize, standardize, and lean the current Quality System array across all the sites, in term of Procedures and InstructionsSupport the adoption and sharing of quality standard work and methods among different plantsQualifications/RequirementsMaster's Degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical/AeronauticalProven experience in Quality SystemAviation ExperienceConsolidated experience in Quality System arrays and modification management both in Commercial and Military applicationKnowledge of UN9100 and/or UN9110Fluent in both Italian and written English languagesWork Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is requiredDesired CharacteristicsKnowledge of EMAR 145 and 21G, AQAP2310Knowledge of EASA Part 21G and Part 145 Regulatory frameworkStrong oral and written communication skillsProven analytical abilitiesLean six sigma experienceWhat we offerSmart working and work life-balanceAvio Aero, when possible, promotes remote work and encourages a good, healthy and satisfying work-life balance.
