Energy will be focused initially on a series of muscle strengthening and agility exercises, followed by body listening exercises of a proprioceptive nature.
This first phase prepares the students for structured and progressive improvisation work: focusing on body physics, gravity, and dynamics, will deepen the idea of improvisation conceived as a vehicle for self-communication.
