April – November 2024: TurinDecember 2024 – September 2025: MelfiResponsibilities: Create the visual control ranges (for the reception parts)Drive the qualification of the Parts in receipt (Aspect, Compliance, Assembly)Pelletizing (Pastillage) tracking managementAnimation of convergence conformity RCM (Presence, Accoliv, completeness)Operationally piloting the CQ of its perimeterParticipate in the APQP/PPAP process for parts within its perimeter.Looking for palliative solutionsParticipate in Animations project (RPO/Pelletizing/Morning Market/Restitution SCA)Ensure regular reporting to the SCL of its perimeterFormalize derogations in the system for monitoring derogationsParticipate to the correlation of supplier measurements with MAPIEXManage containments on parts with suppliers (define, realize on first parts, test, check result, act)Part logistic transfer involvementPerforming MAPIEX correlation checkSIAM & deviation management for parts in his responsibilitySupport the MPPA process (part scrapping) Experience level: entry level to 3 years experience
