TasksProvide expert guidance and direction to the Software Technologies teamResponsible for the full V-cycle software development, incl. system engineering, product specification, architecture, coding and testing at the various integration levelsDevelop innovative solutions, stay updated with trends & regulationsCollaborate with sales & marketing to drive revenue through effective strategiesDemonstrate strong selling capabilities by proposing tailored technical solutions to clientsSupport negotiations, contract discussions, & deal closures for win-win outcomesWork with cross-global teams, share expertise & ensure consistent service deliveryOversee project execution, adhere to timelines, budgets & quality standardsAct as point of escalation for project-related issues, identify & implement effective solutionsFoster a positive work environment, team growth & conduct performance evaluationsQualificationMaster's degree in Mechatronic or Vehicle Engineering, Computer Science, or a related fieldProven experience (6-10 years) in automotive software driven systemsIn-depth understanding of automotive control systems, embedded software development, and validation methodologiesStrong understanding of embedded software, AUTOSAR, computer vision, machine learning, and safety-critical systemsStrong knowledge of industry standards (ASPICE, ISO 26262, ISO 21448) and safety regulationsDemonstrated success in selling complex technical solutions to clientsBusiness acumen and inclination to successfully maintain strong client relationshipsLine management experience, with a focus on team growth and talent developmentStrong project management skills, with the ability to lead and deliver projects on time and within budgetExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsAble to work in a dynamic environment, take the initiative and be independentFluent English, German is a plusWhat we offerShape the mobility of tomorrow
