MSX is looking for an Automotive Rental Advisor, who will be involved in a B2B activity where, in accordance with the customer's directives and tools, will arrange replacement vehicle services for short-term purposes.
The role: Our new Automotive Rental Advisor will ensure a high level of service to the drivers who have signed a rental agreement with our Customer by identifying the feasibility of providing replacements for each request and prioritizing customer satisfaction.
Tasks include: Manage client requests for replacement and pre-assigned vehicles;Process and resolve cases reported by the customer care team on specific needs and disservices;Ensure the correct execution for provision of replacement vehicles through given directives;Follow the given order of priority for the choice of suppliers of replacement cars;Communicate directly with the project coordinator on the ongoing activities.About you: We would love to welcome a new colleague with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Our ideal candidate has:
Bachelor's degree in Economics or similar;1 year of experience in the Automotive sector in other roles;High level of computer literacy;Adaptability and Flexibility;Good planning and organization skills;Ability to work in a team;Ability to take initiative;Languages: Italian and preferably English.Working pattern: Location: RomeHybrid40 hours per weekWhat we offer: We offer professional growth first.
