As a Spare Parts Field Consultant you will actively contribute to the development of the customer's automotive manufacturer parts business, putting in place all necessary actions that, consistent with strategic through the achievement of assigned objectives within the geographic area of responsibility. You will be responsible for ensuring the synergy between dealer and authorized network. This means that you will be visiting the program's participants in North-East Italy.
What will you do on a daily basis?
Implement commercial policies, loyalty recovery plans Support commercial and organizational development of dealer's and subdealer's networks Define and share the action plan with the assigned program's participants to get their commitment on the strategy Verify and collect spare parts orders; visit dealer's and subdealer's network in full compliance with the defined KPIs Carry out prospecting activities for new adherents, identifying potential new structures Support central and local marketing campaigns and manage their implementation Coaching activities on all available products Who are you?
Approx. 1 to 3 years of experience in Automotive commercial activities Knowledge of Automotive spare parts business Stakeholders management skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Problem solving attitude Fluency in Italian is a must and English knowledge is appreciated Ability to work independently and in team Knowledge of Microsoft Office package Experience gained in the Agricultural/ Truck industry is a plus Bachelor's degree is considered a plus Working Pattern
Field in the assigned area (North-East Italy); 40 hours per week.
