As a Spare Parts Field Consultant, you will actively contribute to the development of the customer's automotive manufacturer parts business, putting in place all necessary actions that are consistent with strategic objectives within the geographic area of responsibility. You will be responsible for ensuring the synergy between dealer and authorized network. This means that you will be visiting the program's participants in North-East Italy.
What will you do on a daily basis Implement commercial policies and loyalty recovery plansSupport commercial and organizational development of dealer's and subdealer's networksDefine and share the action plan with the assigned program's participants to get their commitment on the strategyVerify and collect spare parts orders; visit dealer's and subdealer's network in full compliance with the defined KPIsCarry out prospecting activities for new adherents, identifying potential new structuresSupport central and local marketing campaigns and manage their implementationConduct coaching activities on all available productsWho are you? Approx. 1 to 3 years of experience in Automotive commercial activitiesKnowledge of Automotive spare parts businessStakeholders management skills and the ability to build relationships at all levelsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsProblem-solving attitudeFluency in Italian is a must and English knowledge is appreciatedAbility to work independently and in a teamKnowledge of Microsoft Office packageExperience gained in the Agricultural/Truck industry is a plusBachelor's degree is considered a plusWorking Pattern Field in the assigned area (North-East Italy); 40 hours per week.
