Advancing alternative propulsion technologies: Develop advanced control algorithms for EVs, HVs, and FCEVs to enhance vehicle performance, energy efficiency, and customer experience. Harnessing model-based design potential: Utilize tools like MATLAB, Simulink, and Stateflow to develop and validate control models, accelerating development cycles and pushing the limits of ATV capabilities. Use tools for automatic generation of code to be flashed into the ECU.
Collaboration and integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate control systems with power electronics, energy storage, and advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS), ensuring high-performance and reliable ATV solutions.
Entire vehicle: Learn and explore the operation of the entire vehicle, working, modifying and implementing the control code of the gateway and auxiliary control units.
What we expect from you
M. Sc or PhD in Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent Proficiency in model-based design tools such as MATLAB, Simulink, and Stateflow for developing and validating control algorithms in EVs, HVs, and FCEVs. Strong understanding of powertrain systems, vehicle dynamics, and control strategies specific to EVs, HVs, and FCEVs. Experience in system integration, calibration, and validation of control systems for alternative traction vehicles. Familiarity with automotive communication protocols such as CAN, LIN, and Ethernet. Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations in control systems for EVs, HVs, and FCEVs. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve control-related issues. Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with clients and cross-functional teams. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
