PositionWe are seeking a motivated Automotive Acoustic Engineer with expertise in programming, simulations, and prototyping to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Acoustic Engineering or a related field, preferably from the Politecnico di Milano (POLIMI), and possess strong experience in using Matlab/Simulink and audio board programming. This role focuses on the development, testing, and optimization of audio systems within the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities: Design and develop acoustic algorithms for automotive audio systems.Conduct simulations and acoustic modeling using Matlab/Simulink to enhance audio performance in vehicles.Develop, test, and validate prototypes for automotive audio systems and related devices.Program and optimize audio boards to support innovation in automotive sound technologies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve development processes and propose new technical solutions for automotive acoustics.RequirementsTechnical Skills: Degree in Acoustic Engineering or related fields, preferably from the Politecnico di Milano (POLIMI).Advanced experience with Matlab/Simulink for acoustic simulations and system development.Proficiency in programming audio boards and testing automotive acoustic systems.Experience in building and testing prototypes, particularly in the automotive context.Familiarity with automotive industry standards and testing protocols.Soft Skills: Creativity and innovation in addressing complex acoustic challenges in the automotive sector.Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to manage complex projects.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-disciplinary teams.Other informationFull Time
