As an Automation Quality Assurance Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability, functionality, and performance of our software platform. Leveraging your expertise in QA methodologies and automation tools, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality and deliver exceptional user experiences.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate software functionality and performance. Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks using Playwright and TypeScript. Identify, document, and track software defects, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication with stakeholders. Conduct regression testing and performance testing to assess system stability and scalability. Collaborate with software developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define acceptance criteria and ensure alignment with business objectives. Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. Essential Skills & Requirements:
Working hours within GMT +/- 3 hours Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with a strong emphasis on software testing 1+ year of experience in automation testing, with proficiency in Playwright and TypeScript Solid understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team environment Ability to implement and utilize Automated Testing Tools Nice to have:
Experience with e-commerce platforms and marketplace integrations is a plus.
