**AUTOMATION & PROCESS MANAGER**
Our **Automation & Process Manager** is strategic player of the operations team of the site and will guarantee to the plant the **expected production capacity** and **operativity continuity**.
The role is responsible for developing strategies and initiatives to improve the **organization's profitability and efficiency**.
- Responsibilities_
- Focusing on **automation, lead the development & implementation of new machinery, properly managing the specific supplier base**: choice, purchasing, installation and start-up of new equipment, requirements compliance and related budget / timing.
- ** Drive lean manufacturing initiatives focusing on plant productivity improvement and stock rotation's management**.
In line with this, develop lean administration and product development process focused initiatives
- Measure and monitor **manufacturing enterprise KPIs improvements** trends in order ensure improvements sustainability.
- Propose investment to improve **labor efficiency and output**:
- Make technical feasibility analysis and return of investment calculation.
- Implement the existing machinery to increase productivity and quality
- Closely cooperate with HSE Manager
- Support sales dep.
in calculating the cost of new products, providing feasibility analysis, capex requirement and labor cost
- Production standards definition and validation: define the best production practices standard to optimize the use of the machines with the aim to increase productivity, efficiency, and quality; support requests from production and start of new products (and/or of modification); develop and carries out the processes' development and/or improvement to reduce the production cost of the products
- Monitor of the capital investment related to the projects' implementation and maintenance.
Is responsible to respect of the relative budgets

- Requirements:_
- **Fluency in English is a prerequisite**:
- ** University degree in technical disciplines** (Engineering)
- **4 + years of experience** in similar role, preferably in the FMCG environment
- Previous experience in **technical design and project management of machinery for industry** as preferable
- ** Lean management principles and tools**' implementation expertise (Kaizen, Kanban, 5S, SMED, TPM and problem solving)
- ** Process analysis and improvement expertise** (value stream mapping & business process mapping)
- ** Automation Engineering**
Manufacturing processes review and improvement analysis
- ** Solid knowledge of VSM, 5S, Standard Work, VM, Line balancing,**:
- ** Problem Solving, Kaizen workshop management.
