Automation Of Smart Power Characterization & Modeling Flow Internship

Main ResponsibilitiesInternship is within BCD Smart Power Characterization and modeling team located in Cornaredo (MI). The team is responsible for complete characterization and compact models of all BCD technologies within ST; plus we support our design community, Physical Design Kits (PDKs), and technology development with our expertise. We provide state-of-the-art Smart Power BCD device spice models and characterization techniques.
Internship will focus on automation of characterization and modeling processes, developing dedicated software tools to improve efficiency during all phases of our job, from model extraction to testing and reporting. Training on spice simulators, Linux, and Python will be offered on the job, while no wide know-how of semiconductor physics and devices is required.
ProfileWho are we looking for: Last year of your Bachelor Degree in Software Engineering or Electronics Engineering
Basic knowledge of Linux operating system
Basic knowledge of spice simulators
Good knowledge of software development
