Whilst on the programme, you will have the opportunity to:
Optimize the performance of the control systems & robotics that are part of our manufacturing operations. Lead and support delivery of automation projects. Ensure suppliers and site equipment comply with international standards. Testing and commissioning. Get involved in Smart Manufacturing projects. Identify and mitigate potential Cyber security risks or vulnerabilities. Gain hands-on knowledge of current and new digital technologies, AI & data science. Learn about working in a highly regulated business and the role that Automation plays in supplying our patients. What are we looking for?
Technical aptitude, a passion for engineering, and a keen interest in pharmaceutical manufacturing. A mindset focused on continuous improvement and growth, along with strong interpersonal skills.
