Description Your Role As Automation Engineer, reporting to the Plant Manager, you will join Affinity's Operations team in order to implement, maintain and develop the supervision and machine control system ensuring the correct alignment of management data to the group Enterprise resource system.
You will be collaborating in the design, construction and ramp up of a brand new factory with the team created to make this strategic project for Affinity a total success.
What you will do Implementation of process supervision (Scada 1st and 2nd level).
Gathering and understanding process requirements from the various business areas and translating into functional characteristics.
Define SCADA levels to ensure their consistency.
Interfacing the MES/MOM System (Manufacturing Excellence System Manufacturing Operations Management) with SAP and Specific software like Safefood 360.
Development of supervisory interfaces and new databases for collecting and exchanging information.
Development of interfaces to share information between different databases.
What we are looking for Engineering Degree in IT or Industrial areas.
Basic knowledge of Siemens / Allen Bradley PLC Programming language.
Basic knowledge of HTML / CSS.
Basic knowledge of DB SQL / Oracle.
Experience in data warehousing.
At least 3 years of experience working in food / pet food manufacturing environments.
