What You Need to Be Successful Master's Degree in Automation Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Less than 18 months of professional experience. Fluency in English and Italian; a third language will be considered a plus. Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships and trust with colleagues and stakeholders. Innate aptitude for teamwork. Excellent communication skills. Personal drive and result orientation.
