As part of the Super Audio Team, this role will support the launch and expansion of our glasses with integrated hearing solutions into the audiological channel, working closely with global teams, local market teams, and partners to build and activate this new channel from the ground up.Reporting to the Super Audio Channel Manager, they will help coordinate market entry activities and ensure alignment between the strategy set by the Super Audio team and the market's local teams.
They will work closely with partners and internal teams to ensure the seamless execution of the strategy across Professional Service channels, driving product adoption and customer engagement.AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES:Channel Strategy Development Execution: coordinate in the creation and execution of the audiological channel strategy, ensuring clear communication and adoption across new market entries.
Lead efforts in building the network of audiological partners, establishing this new channel's footprint.Market Team Pivot: act as the primary point of contact between the Channel Manager and local market teams developing collaboration frameworks, building the distribution network and facilitating the smooth execution of channel strategies.
Ensure that feedback and insights from local markets are relayed back to refine ongoing strategies.Audiological Network Rollout: Oversee the prioritization and rollout of audiological accounts in key markets.
Collaborate closely with market strategy teams to ensure proper execution, focusing on drivers such as market demand, local incentives, and partnership agreements.Forecasting and Demand Collection Support: Lead the gathering and consolidation of demand forecasts from newly established audiological markets.
Work closely with supply chain and market strategy teams to align production and distribution plans, ensuring the availability of products in this nascent channel.Cross-Channel Strategy Integration: Ensure that audiological initiatives align with the overall omnichannel strategy of EssilorLuxottica, working with retail and online channel teams to provide a consistent and unified customer experience across all touchpoints.Market Partner Education: coordinate the development and delivery educational programs tailored to the audiological network, ensuring partners are equipped with the knowledge and tools necessary to promote and sell our integrated hearing solutions effectively.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate collaboration between key departments, including Marketing, RD, Market Strategy, After-sales, and Legal and Compliance, to ensure that local teams have the resources needed to execute the PS channel strategy.PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.5-7 years of experience in retail, managing multi-country projects, particularly in B2B sales and store operations.Experience in launching new products and building market entry strategies in new, unexplored territories.
Previous experience in the audiological or hearing solutions industry is a plus.Strong organizational and communication skills, essential for coordinating cross-functional teams and liaising with stakeholders at various seniority levels.Positive mindset and flexible approach, with a strong ability to collaborate in dynamic and unstructured teams.Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle daily operational challenges and reprioritize tasks as needed.Experience in project management and stakeholder management, following senior management's direction while ensuring the successful execution of company strategies.Willingness to travel abroad for short periods and with little notice.Fluency in English; knowledge of French is a plus, particularly for collaborating with the EMEA coordination team based in Paris.Open to travel.LANGUAGES:Other Languages: French is a plusWe welcome applications from all individuals regardless of their ages, backgrounds, gender, sexual orientation, political affiliations, personal beliefs, or religions.
