DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Pricing Liaise with other departments (particularly the employees of the Business Department) to allow for consideration of all Pricing proposals as well as analysis of current portfolios. Attend internal committees for Italian partners such as local committees focused on business initiatives, review of experience, etc. Lead the assessment of the conditions for technical feasibility of marketing solutions. Contribute to building/modifying the product offer (contracting, pricing, new guarantees). Check the work of junior actuaries ensuring that all current and proposed evolutions are in accordance with our Underwriting Policy and any other appropriate internal guidelines and governance. Accurately apply profitability and stress scenarios tests and check work for accuracy. Collect and analyze market and product statistics, benchmarks, and market issues. Document new pricing and underwriting schedules for sign-off by the Actuarial Manager, maintaining a table of pricing assumptions by product. Prepare and present Business Plans / Business Committee documents for consideration as part of the internal validation process. Ensure completion of peer reviews & compliance with processes (control cards, etc.). Location: Milan
