Atlante is NHOA's new Global Business Line dedicated to build the first EV Fastcharging Network enabled by renewables, energy storage and 100% grid-integrated.
The Atlante project is the result of the partnership between NHOA – which develops and invests in the network being owner and operator – Free2Move eSolutions, in the role of supplier of charging technology, and Stellantis automotive group.
At ATLANTE you will oversee the timely construction and commissioning of the EV charging stations (composed by EVSE, storage, PV, MVSS, other facilities), ensuring the correct functioning of the equipment during the operating stage.
You will join the Operations and Maintenance Team and work together with the Procurement and Project Management Offices to ensure the coordination of all stakeholders involved in the supply chain and delivery.
You will be involved from the planning to the "go live" stage, and you will oversee maintenance planning and execution, manage subcontractors and collect inputs from 1 and 2 line customer support to improve stations' efficiency.
Within your responsibilities, you will be in charge of the logistics of EVSEs spare parts and materials delivery to the operating sites, perform and oversee commissioning phases, and you will coordinate subcontractors such as installers and maintenance firms to ensure a high-standard operating level of the charging stations.
You will interact with all internal teams of ATLANTE, and will ensure upkeep of all relevant ATLANTE's policies, contractual and quality standards, health, safety & environment requirements, financial targets, as well as schedule commitments during execution and operation phases.
Task and duties: - Perform and/or supervise commissioning of the charging stations at the end of installation process and on-site tests and troubleshooting to solve primary issues when required; - Coordinate installers and maintenance contractors, ensuring strict compliance with HSEQ standards and with agreed SLA; - Supervise a portfolio of operational stations keeping a track record to monitor both remotely and on-site, if needed, the correct functioning of the stations in terms of availability and reliability; - Organize the logistics and the delivery of spare parts on the operating sites during maintenance phases, with support of Logistics office; - Support the operations manager in O&M activities, especially with respect to planning, interventions and subcontractors management; - Contribute to the definition of the technical specifications for new services or products contracts / renewals to be set up; - Provide feedback to the design, product management and engineering teams, for continuous improvement and optimization of the installation and maintenance processes and digital tools; - Drawing up reports on relevant KPIs and activities performance by means of the digital tools; - Promote a culture of cost-effectiveness for the benefit of the end-users.
Be quality and customer-experience obsessed.
- Electrical Engineer, Electrical or Perito Elettrotecnico, or other technical degree; - 2-3 years of relevant work experience in electrical design and electrical works supervision; - While the role is for site management within Italy, candidates must be available for international travels, for example to support other offices (France, Spain, Portugal); - Good knowledge of English and Italian (spoken and written); - Curious by nature; possesses strong analytical and problem solving skills; - Goal oriented, team worker, quick learner.
