This is a seasonal full-time position reporting directly to the Executive Assistant Manager in charge of F&B. As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a pleasant experience for our guests while maintaining efficient operations, quality, and exemplary service.
Among the main responsibilities:
Direct the restaurant operations on a daily basis ensuring excellent service and guest satisfaction
Recruit the restaurant team, train and develop the new resources
Maintain a daily liaison with the kitchen team ensuring a harmonious relationship between culinary and service team
Work closely with the EAM in charge of F&B and the Chef
Contribute to the development of the restaurant offer whilst evolving and improving continuously the assigned venue.
Requirements:
Comprehensive knowledge of the restaurant luxury hospitality environment acquired preferably while working a similar position within 5* hotels or starred restaurants
Fluency both in Italian and English is mandatory; good knowledge of French is beneficial
Strong leadership skills
Be service oriented and guest focused
