Your ability to analyze data, identify trends, and propose actionable solutions will be key to achieving business goals and enhancing store performance.
In this role, you will conduct analyses and propose strategies, key decisions will be refined and finalized in partnership with the Merchandising Manager.Tasks responsibilitiesPropose seasonal purchase budgets for pre and reorders at the product category level, aligning with the overall merchandising strategyCreate Excel-based order forms, including all necessary data, to enable store managers to place data-driven ordersAnalyze inventory and sell-through to minimize stock depreciation and maximize stock rotation through appropriate corrective actions (transfers, promotions, reorder block)Conduct performance analyses for individual SKUs, focusing on Brand Key Styles, and implement markdown strategies for worst-sellersAdjust automatic replenishment settings to prevent stock-outs and overstock of in-assortment SKUsPrepare sales lists and import discounts into the POS system (Y2)Develop periodic sales statistics and KPI analyses by channelCommunicate with stores regarding product availability and promotional actionsProfileAt least 5 years of experience in Assortment Planning or similar roles in well-structured retail organizationsPrevious experience as a Sales Assistant or Store Manager is a strong advantageExperience with apparel and accessories, ideally in technical or specialized sectorsAdvanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, PowerQuery, Macros, Charts)Familiarity with data management software (PowerBI, Cubeware, Navision)If you are interested to work in a challenging, international and dynamic environment then apply now!
