With a lot of networking and a wide range of services, we help to initiate R&D projects, promote new talents and start-ups and make local companies fit and competitive for the future.The Start-up Incubator offers services to prospective company founders and to already existing start-ups in order to ensure a rapid and sustainable success of their businesses.We are looking for a person to join our team to further develop our advisory services and expand our network.We entrust this to you: supportive management of our programme offerings (pre-incubation, incubation) providing all founders with the best chance at success with their start-upact as the point of contact for daily founder questionsactivation and systematic growth of our networks, including business angels, VCs, mentors, coaches and industry expertsdevelop and deliver initiatives to support the recruitment of innovative start-upsdata management & process optimisation within the start-up incubatorattend supraregional and international ecosystem eventsYou: have 5+ years of professional experience iin the start-up ecosystem, ideally in supporting start-ups in an incubator or accelerator programme or as a founderexperience in start-up financing is a plushave entrepreneurial empathy thrive in networking situations and can build on superior communication skills and your ability to form strong relationships with different stakeholders of the innovation ecosystemyou enjoy working in a dynamic environment where you can assume a high-level of responsibility and have a strong impacthave a good knowledge of German, Italian and EnglishDo you want to keep growing in an inspiring and international working environment?Then NOI Ltd. is the right place for you.
