Key Responsibilities:Within the CFO domain, the Associate Finance Business Advice is a key member of the Management Accounting - Finance Business Advice team of ING Italy and he/she:Covers area of Retail BankingIncome and Volumes/drivers reporting, control and planningBusiness cases evaluation and monitoringProduct profitability - margins, returns, KPIs - analysisExposure to non-financial KPIsExposure to local board and close interaction with Head OfficeEducational/Professional background:University degree in Finance, Business Administration or Economics.Work experience: 5-7 years in similar rolesBanking background desired (experience in international banks is an advantage)Skills required:Advanced usage of MS Office tools (especially Excel, Powerpoint)Advanced knowledge of ERP systems an advantageOur preferred candidate is:Capable of thinking big picture, tell a story taking all aspects - financial, operational, commercial - into accountExcellent communicator, able to communicate to all levels of the organization - board level to operational levelWell organized and flexible - capable to assign priorities and cope with a changing environmentProactive, self-starter and execution drivenHas good interpersonal/team working skillsEager to learnFluent in EnglishAccurate with numbersDuration: PermanentLocation: Milan (hybrid)About ING: ING offers many opportunities to build a diverse and rewarding career.
