The role is to provide an all round support to the HR and Finance department in Payroll processing, Time Attendance, administer workforce, administer benefits policies, answering employee inquiries, G/L entries and reconciliations, employee relations and file maintenance.DutiesSet up and maintain files on all new employees and terminated employees.Maintain time clocks and associated software to gather timely Time Attendance dataCollect, control and administer Travel Expenses claimsProvide support in monitoring and control Payroll process cycles.Interact with ADP payroll provider to collect and validate data (TA, TE, Compensation, Allowances, rewards, bonus, others)Handle various payroll adjustments (i.e., shortages, garnishments, and bonus pay)Prepare and maintain non-wage compensation entries and files (education assistance, group-term life, sales prizes, employee excellence awards, personal use of company car, moving expenses)Prepare monthly payroll summary information for entry to General LedgerPrepare periodic payroll related analyses and reports as requested by ManagersProvide general administration and Human Resources supportAnswer routine inquiries from outside the company on employment verifications.Provide assistance in the design and administration of the company's benefit programs.
