ASSOCIATE MANAGER FINANCIAL PLANNING AND ANALYSIS (PROCUREMENT FINANCE) Location: Arese, Milan Area (Italy)

Overview: About the role: As Associate Manager FP&A, Procurement Finance, the candidate is responsible to manage key global business and finance initiatives in partnership with senior management within the Global Procurement and Global Finance organizations. In the position, the candidate will gain a broad understanding of SCJ Procurement footprint, develop business partnership and gain exposure to senior leadership.
About the Team/Department: The position is based in Italy, under the immediate supervision of the Manager, FP&A – Global Procurement based in Racine, Wisconsin.
Responsibilities: Report, budget and forecast Regional (EU and AMET) and Global Commodity Inflation & PPV and own feedstock tracking & reporting. Partner with Global and Regional Procurement functions to identify and track annual cost savings opportunities, including working capital improvement. Support MEA Finance validation for Procurement-led molds and investment at 3rd party manufacturer and supplier locations. Support Commercial Finance on commodity-driven price increase justification. Manage any key global business and finance initiatives in partnership with senior management within the Global Procurement and Global Finance organizations. Lead Global Procurement process improvement initiatives and ensure procurement related controls are in place. Ensure financial controls are in place for signing and executing contracts in accordance with Delegation of Authority agreement. Perform financial assessment of suppliers. Partner to develop, influence and implement category direct spend strategies. Partner with the Procurement team on key direct and indirect negotiations. Drive and support initiatives to increase AP and Cash value (SCF). Experience you'll bring: Minimum 4 years of experience in FP&A (Supply Chain Finance a plus). University Degree in Economics, Business Administration and related. Behaviors you'll need: Demonstrate excellent leadership skills (self, others, business), fostering business partnership. Excellent analytical skills, problem solving and adaptability. Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to interface with all levels of management. Able to work independently. You need to be legally eligible to work in the country of application.
