In the position, the candidate will gain a broad understanding of SCJ Procurement footprint, develop business partnership and gain exposure to senior leadership.About the Team/DepartmentThe position is based in Italy, under the immediate supervision of the Manager, FP&A – Global Procurement based in Racine, WisconsinResponsibilities: Report, budget and forecast Regional (EU and AMET) and Global Commodity Inflation & PPV and own feedstock tracking & reportingPartner with Global and Regional Procurement functions to identify and track annual cost savings opportunities, including working capital improvementSupport MEA Finance validation for Procurement-led molds and investment at 3rd party manufacturer and supplier locationsSupport Commercial Finance on commodity-driven price increase justificationManaging any key global business and finance initiatives in partnership with senior management within the Global Procurement and Global Finance organizationsLead Global Procurement process improvement initiatives and ensure procurement related controls are in placeEnsure financial controls are in place for signing and executing contracts in accordance with Delegation of Authority agreement.Perform financial assessment of suppliersPartner to develop, influence and implement category direct spend strategies.Partner with the Procurement team on key direct and indirect negotiations.Drive and support initiatives to increase AP and Cash value (SCF)Experience you'll bring: Minimum 4 years of experience in FP&A (Supply Chain Finance a plus)University Degree in Economics, Business Administration and relatedBehaviors you'll need: Demonstrate excellent leadership skills (self, others, business), fostering business partnership.Excellent analytical skills, problem solving and adaptability.Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to interface with all levels of management.Able to work independentlyYou need to be legally eligible to work in country of application.What's in it for you?
