For the Italian production plant of Janssen (Borgo San Michele, Latina) we are looking for a Maintenance Associate Engineer to be hired with a temporary contract (12 months) in the Maintenance Department.
As a Maintenance Associate Engineer your main goal is to support Maintenance SPVs coordinating maintenance technicians in the execution of the preventive and corrective maintenance activities to maximize efficiency of the Operation Departments and guarantee highest EHS, Quality and Compliance standards.
Within Maintenance Team, you will provide support in terms of RCPS, Troubleshooting, Process Improvements and Daily Support on the shop floor (MFG, DISP, MH) working in a very close collaboration with key stakeholders such as Operations, Engineering, EHS and Quality Departments.
Main Responsibilities * Preventive Maintenance Management: Scheduling, follow-up and completion in collaboration with Maintenance SPVs and Technicians; * Maintenance counterpart in terms of Root Cause Problem Solving, Troubleshooting, Process Improvements and Daily Support on the shop floor (MFG, DISP, MH); * Quality Issue & Corrections Management: Supporting low investigations, documents' review and technical assessment from a Maintenance standpoint; * Support in EHS investigations and CPAs implementation; * Recurrent meetings participation and involvement with key stakeholders to define daily, weekly and long-term strategies needed to meet expected department performance levels; * Support root cause problem solving on equipment and systems to understand the causes of failures, identify potential improvement actions to implement; * Financial Work Orders Management; * Capable of making effective presentations/documents with both technical and business implications.
Qualifications * Working experience of 1 - 2 years in Pharmaceutical environment; * Master's Degree in Engineering is preferred other Degrees can be considered; * Problem solving and priority setting ability; * Able to manage and lead technical issues with Cross Functional Team members in a complex matrix Organization; * Effective communication skills at different levels of the organization; * Excellent knowledge of Office package; * Fluent in Italian and English (B2 level and above); Other qualifications that will be considered as a plus: * Knowledge of SAP system; * Knowledge of TrackWise system; * Knowledge of Lean Tools (Yellow/Green Belt).
