**Responsibilities**:
The HR Business Partner for Manufacturing works closely with the Italian Site leadership and employees to provide daily HR guidance, improve work relationship, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
The HRBP will also partner with the management within specific business units and functions to develop and implement medium to long-term HR solutions aligned to business strategy.
Also, collaborates with HR Center of Expertise to customize employee lifecycle solutions; designs, implements and monitors a variety of Human Resource programs.
The HR Business Partner for Manufacturing is a permanent member of the Flow Teams/Functional Staff with the following responsibilities:
- Works closely with business management in order to identify all the staffing related needs within the specific area/function and enables initiation of internal and external recruiting processes.
Participates in all the staffing discussions and decisions for the related areas.
- Participates to talent development by acting as key stakeholder in order to give inputs and integrate employee evaluation in People Development processes driven by L&D (HRP, development plans, action plans, retention initiatives, training initiatives).
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring Labor Law and company agreements compliance.
Manages investigations, litigations and disciplinary processes, as needed.
- Collaborates with the HR Organization during the BP and throughout the year in order to support the HC need analysis and the right track of people moves within the specific area/function
- Oversees employee exit process facilitating layoff, voluntary exit agreement or dismissal; conducts exit interviews.
- Builds and nurtures relationships with workers' Unions to facilitate a collaborative working practice; attends periodic meetings and negotiations; manages the communication with site RSU and Trade Unions organization representatives.
- Lead or participates in projects, at a cross-functional level, with focus on HR related matters, as needed.
Basic Requirements:
- Master's Degree
- + 3 years of experience in a similar role
Additional Skills/Preferences:
- HR certifications, as a plus
- Previous experience in multi-national companies
- Proficient in English
- Prior work with HR systems
- Minimum percentage of travelling required
- The role is based in Sesto Fiorentino, Florence
