JMA is looking for a Associate Engineer - Tech Support - DAS to join our team in Bologna, Italy.
The Associate Engineer will be responsible for field implementation and remote post-sale technical support.
Ensuring proper configuration of the JMA DAS systems, optimize the platform actual features and performance to deliver the expected experience to the final users according to the RF design.ResponsibilitiesLearning of the JMA DAS main functionalities, to be able to support an on-site commissioning, and generate activities report both for customer and internal use.
Support, both remotely and on-site, the customer during the monitoring and the troubleshooting of the JMA DAS equipment platformsWork with cross functional teams to address the customer issues and questions to ensure the customer satisfactionSupport the testing and MOP validation on internal test benchesQualifications:Bachelor/Master's degree in electronic, telecommunication or IT engineeringA fundamental understanding of the main cellular technology standards, as 5G, 4G, 3G and 2GExperience with Linux, Windows Operating Systems and NetworkingFluent Italian and Good English Knowledge (at least B2)Availability to travel locally and internationally (max up to 50% of the time)It is a plus the knowledge of the principal measurement tools spectrum analyzer, optical power meter)#LI-AC1At JMA, we don't just accept differences — we embrace them.
