Reporting directly to the Engineering Manager, the Engineering Associate will play a vital role in the development and enhancement of Rotork's core and custom engineered products. Working within a dynamic team environment, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to build and refine their engineering skills while contributing to the creation of innovative solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new features, product enhancements, and innovative solutions. Utilize 3D drafting and Product Data Management (PDM) software to create part assemblies and support product development processes. Assist engineers in the design and development of both standard and custom products, ensuring compliance with relevant specifications and standards. Prepare technical documentation and reports to demonstrate compliance with industry standards and customer requirements. Gain familiarity with internationally recognized standards and contribute to the design process to meet these standards. Provide technical support to internal teams and external stakeholders as needed. Experience Requirements:
Proficiency in 3D drafting and PDM software for part assembly development. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to design, develop, and solve problems effectively. Experience working in a 3-dimensional CAD environment, preferably in an engineering capacity. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Previous experience in product development or engineering support roles preferred. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
