We are looking for an Associate Director, Hospitality who works on a variety of assignments regarding the Hospitality asset class (i.E.
hotels, health care facilities, student housing, marinas) that belong to the Italian real estate market, according to the International Valuation best practices and the application of specific Valuation Methods like discounted cash flow, market approach, cost approach and development approach analyses.Day-to-day responsibilities:Management of Framework Agreements with consolidated Clients and support in new relationship creation with new and/or potential Clients.Elaboration of RE Business Plan and analysis of real estate investments.Drafting Valuation Reports, Market Research, Commercial Due Diligence, tailor-made analysis for Corporate Clients.Supporting clients in investment analysis processes / real estate transactions.Involvement in International Valuation projects.Independently gathering data pertinent to the engagement through direct client interaction and client site visits.Assisting in preparing and presenting the results of analysis conducted in a clear and concise manner.Assisting with the development of proposals, presentations and publications communicated to current and prospective clients.Support to the Director in defining/achieving annual budget.Support to the Director in identifying new potential services.Support to the Director in the management and growth of the hospitality personnel.Essential traits:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Economics, Tourism Economics/Science or Master's degree in Real Estate Management.Computer proficiency and ability to maximize applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Argus (optional).Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.Ability to master new tasks and industries quickly.Ability to perform a Hospitality Management BP and critically analyze and correctly interpret the specific indicators and data of the Hospitality sector.Demonstrated strong personal integrity.Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments and manage rapidly changing assignments in a team environment.Commitment to obtaining outstanding results.Excellent written and verbal communication skills that help represent diverse communities.Experience working with diverse teams.English Language proficiency.About KrollJoin the global leader in risk and financial advisory solutions—Kroll.
