JOB PURPOSE You will lead innovations that will make our business win and grow.
H&W is seeking an experienced Associate Director Cybersecurity responsible for protecting our business, leading the cybersecurity strategy, and addressing the unique challenges posed by our hybrid model and the evolving digital landscape.
Reporting directly to the Chief Information Officer, the Cybersecurity lead has responsibility for all data/information security policies, standards, evaluations, roles, and organizational awareness.
CYBERSECURITY PLAYS A CRITICAL ROLE The cybersecurity lead is accountable for building on the foundations and uplifting our top businesses to a strong cybersecurity position.
This will be achieved through policy implementation, priority cybersecurity protection tooling, reducing third party risk, and addressing human risk through regular training.
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE Lead the H&W cybersecurity transformation.
Develop and implement an effective policy compliance monitoring and enforcement program.
Maintain current knowledge of regulatory and compliance issues related to information security.
Maintain an accurate inventory and risk assessment for critical third parties.
Implement and manage the risk management program.
Implement and oversee an incident response plan.
Enhance cyber defenses by deploying industry-leading tools.
Conduct regular cybersecurity training and phishing exercises.
Prepare and present quarterly cybersecurity health reports.
Serve as the single point of contact for cybersecurity issues.
Provide strategic and tactical security guidance for programs and projects.
Stay informed of current and coming global regulatory compliance and data privacy obligations.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED Experiences & Qualifications 10+ years of experience in information security and systems architecture.
Experience operating within a shared services model.
Experience with business continuity planning, auditing, and risk management.
Experience in implementing and monitoring IT General Controls.
Experience with SIEM, CMMC, SOC, IAM, CCPA, and GDPR.
Understanding of Zero Trust Architecture.
Project management experience is preferred.
Skills Strong knowledge of CI/CD and software supply chain principles.
Skilled in incident Response planning and operations.
Must be an articulate and persuasive leader.

What We Can Offer You Pay: The pay range for this position is $138,900 to $208,300.
Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
