Associate Customer Support

As an Associate Customer Support, you will provide second level support to Partners on the use of Ubiquicom hardware and software products; collaborate on the production of support activities reports and products technical documentation.
You will also update and maintain existing documentation based on customer feedback and product user experiences. In addition, you will interface with other technical teams to suggest improvements, optimizations, and support the test phases.
