Position Summary Reporting to the Corporate Social Responsibility & Internal Communication Manager and in line with the received guidelines, support the implementation of Company's CSR activities. All managed activities are aimed to create a positive work environment and shaping a corporate culture, in coherence with Samsung vision and attention to people and to community.
Role and Responsibilities In line with the defined activities and plans, provide an effective contribution to the implementation of CSR initiatives through continuous relationships with CSR stakeholders (Schools, Universities, Central and Local Institutions, etc.); Work on the localization of CSR Global projects deploying initiatives in line with the Italian community needs; to this purpose, constantly monitor the evolution of the Italian social and political context; Cooperate with PR/Social Media to properly communicate Samsung values and CSR activities and projects; Manage on a regular basis the reporting to HQ programs/initiatives/KPIs; Work side by side with the Legal Team for the correct definition of terms and conditions of the contracts connected with CSR programs. Cooperate with the Procurement Department in the management of CSR tenders; Skills and Qualifications Educational background: Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably with a major in communication;
Prior 2-3 years' experience in similar roles;
Computer knowledge: Excellent MS Office Tools;
Language knowledge: Excellent both written and spoken English;
Excellent communication, relational, and networking skills. Emotional intelligence and attention to social topics and needs. Team spirit, creativity, problem solver, willingness to think "out-of-the-box" and to work in a new, evolving area.
