The M&A and Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) team provides a broad range of advisory services to clients, primarily in a deals environment, including financial due diligence (FDD), Business Plan, valuations, and M&A lead advisory.

Position Summary: Our M&A and Transactions Advisory delivery model includes the entire transaction life-cycle enabling engagement opportunities throughout the lifetime of a deal. It includes originating and providing corporate finance advice as a lead financial advisor on M&A transactions, providing valuations services on a range of transactional matters, due diligence advice to help our clients identify risks associated with deals and offer solutions that can help to mitigate such risks, act as an independent financial adviser on IPOs as well as on a range of other corporate transactions including, financial modelling, fundraising and debt advisory/restructuring.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Analyse financial and non-financial/operational results of target companies using accounting information and interviews with managements. Identifying and understanding key drivers of a business and potential deal breakers (financial and non-financial) Prepare and evaluate pro forma financial information Target Valuation Models with different valuation methods Business Plan Modelling and Preparation Writing and/or reviewing Valuation and Business Plan (buy-side, sell-side) reports for our clients including family offices, private equity, VC, corporates Writing and/or reviewing financial due diligence (buy-side, sell-side or refinancing) reports for our clients including family offices, private equity, VC, corporates Experience and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering or other relevant degrees, a Master's degree is a plus. 3 - 4+ years of relevant transactional services/financial due diligence experience in a consulting practice. Knowledge and solid experience in the following: Financial Modelling, accounting, transaction advisory services. Knowledge and experience in dealing with the main Valuation Method. Demonstrates a proven thorough level of abilities and success, as both an individual contributor and team member, with identifying and addressing client needs: actively participating in client discussions and meetings communicating a broad range of the firm's services; and, managing engagements, including preparing concise, accurate documents and maintaining project economics while maintaining flexibility for unanticipated issues Excellent communicator in Italian and English (written and spoken)
Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
