Accountabilities: Help desk activities for remote and centralized Maintenance activities Guarantee corrective and preventive maintenance task starting, performance and closing including associated logistics and spares activities Monitoring and analysis of Reliability & Maintainability figures and operational performance of in-service equipment support trouble shooting and fault founding activities Updating and maintaining "as maintained" SW & HW Configuration Reporting activities Required Skills/Knowledge: Bachelor's Degree in technical area or equivalent technical background From 0 up to 3 years Experience in maintenance activities or equivalent Testing & Fault finding Incident/accident investigation Knowledge of technologies Maintenance Railway Safety Rules & Regulations Statistical analysis and "data management" Use of maintenance tools Knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems Knowledge of HW infrastructures (Server, Storage and Blade) Knowledge of virtualized environments Knowledge of network infrastructures Knowledge of the English language Troubleshooting ability The maintenance activity is provided 24 x 7 and the technicians are organized in shifts.
Education/Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in technical area or Equivalent Technical Background.
Languages: Italian mother tongue.
Fluent in English.
