Accountabilities:Help desk activities for remote and centralized Maintenance activitiesGuarantee corrective and preventive maintenance task starting, performance and closing including associated logistics and spares activitiesMonitoring and analysis of Reliability & Maintainability figures and operational performance of in-service equipment support trouble shooting and fault founding activitiesUpdating and maintaining "as maintained" SW & HW ConfigurationReporting activitiesRequired Skills/Knowledge:Bachelor's Degree in technical area or equivalent technical backgroundFrom 0 up to 3 years Experience in maintenance activities or equivalentTesting & Fault findingIncident/accident investigationKnowledge of technologiesMaintenance Railway Safety Rules & RegulationsStatistical analysis and "data management"Use of maintenance toolsKnowledge of Linux and Windows operating systemsKnowledge of HW infrastructures (Server, Storage and Blade)Knowledge of virtualized environmentsKnowledge of network infrastructuresKnowledge of the English languageTroubleshooting abilityThe maintenance activity is provided 24 x 7 and the technicians are organized in shifts.
Education/Qualification:Bachelor's Degree in technical area or Equivalent Technical Background.
Languages:Italian mother tongue.
Fluent in English.
