Accountabilities: Help desk activities for remote and centralized Maintenance activitiesGuarantee corrective and preventive maintenance task starting, performance and closing including associated logistics and spares activitiesMonitoring and analysis of Reliability & Maintainability figures and operational performance of in- service equipment support trouble shooting and fault founding activitiesUpdating and maintaining "as maintained" SW & HW ConfigurationReporting activitiesRequired Skills/Knowledge: Bachelor's Degree in technical area or equivalent technical backgroundFrom 0 up to 3 years Experience in maintenance activities or equivalentTesting & Fault findingIncident/accident investigationKnowledge of technologiesMaintenanceRailway Safety Rules & Regulations Statistical analysis and "data management"Use of maintenance toolsknowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems;knowledge HW infrastructures (Server, Storage and Blade);knowledge of virtualized environments;knowledge of network infrastructures;knowledge of the English language;troubleshooting ability.The maintenance activity is provided 24 x 7 and the technicians are organized in shifts. Education/Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in technical area or Equivalent Technical Background.
Languages: Italian mother tongue. Fluent in English.
